One of my greatest strengths is my ability to create a warm and caring environment that promotes physical and emotional well-being. I excel in providing assistance with daily activities such as bathing, toileting, dressing, and catheter care. Additionally, I offer companionship and enjoy engaging in activities that promote mental stimulation, such as puzzles and conversation.
Aside from my professional experience, I am a highly motivated caregiver who is always looking for ways to enhance the lives of those I care for. I am a diligent and friendly person who genuinely enjoys working with people. In my free time, I enjoy staying active by walking, practicing yoga, and tending to my garden. I also have a passion for cooking and baking, which allows me to provide delicious and nutritious meals to those I care for.

Lesley looked after me during 2014-2018 when I was suffering from depression and anxiety. Looking back now, I would not have been able to cope without Lesley’s support: • keeping my flat clean and tidy • driving my car helping me get around • ensuring that I took my medication • shopping • keeping me company. Lesley is a kind , thoughtful, responsible and motivated individual who was always there for me when I suffered the lows of depressive illness cheering me up when I was feeling sad.
